Schaffroth GmbH – Your specialist for heat resistant cables and wires for temperatures ranges from -200°C up to +1200°C, especially with insulation made from silicone, EVA, EFTE, FEP, MFA, MFB, PFA, PTFE and glass fiber.

We are one of Europe’s leading companies in the field of heat resistant cables and wires.

Our product range includes the following fields:

  • Silicon insulated cables for temperatures from -60°C up to +250°C
  • EVA-sheathed for applications from -40°C up to +150°C
  • Cables with fluorinated insulation for use from -200°C up to +260°C
  • Thermocouple and compensating cables in silicone, glass fiber or PTFE
  • High temperature sensors made from the listed insulating materials
  • Cables sheathed in polyimides for highest temperatures of +1200°C
  • Glass fiber insulating sleeves also with silicone impregnation or resin

In the field of silicone insulated cables, we hold each VDE’s, HAR’s and UL’s approval. Therefore we are able to cover the worldwide demand in various applications.

From our continuously extended store, we can deliver most types out of our range and can serve our customers fast and reliable.

Our company is able to draw from more than 46 years of experience in the field of heat resistant cables and wires. During this period a number of subsidiary companies and partners have joint the company.

By 1994 we expanded our business with tools and equipment for the processing of cables. Together with our partners we serve numerous companies around the world with crimp tools, working parts as well as complete semi or fully automated equipment.

In 2001 the family’s second generation became the new administration of the well established Schaffroth GmbH. Due to the great commitment the capacity of our company has been continuously increased since then.

In order to be able to successfully and reliably implement the capacity, another commercial building became inevitable in 2004. Our company is also committed to the responsible use of our natural resources and the entire heating and hot water system was changed into a pellet based system combined with a solar system in 2008. The electricity supplier has also been switched to a supplier of green electricity in 2009.

During the redesign of the peripheral we decided to apply a surface that allows the valuable rainwater to seep into the natural ground.

Our successful committed work has further been rewarded at the turn of the year 2010-2011 when we received our certification of our quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.

Due to our untiring desire to expand our service, we decided to yet extend our storage space and sales department in 2011 and 2012, in order that we have the continuing ability to offer our customers the best quality at short lead times and at unbeatable prices.
